1.Test card:The test card is composed of a test strip and a plastic shell; the test strip is composed of nitrocellulose membrane,sample pad,bonding pad,absorbent paper,PVC board and other supports.The nitrocellulose membrane T line (detection line) is coated with about 1.0mg/mL ACE2 protein, and the C line (quality control line) is coated with about 1.0mg/mL rabbit anti-chicken IgY secondary antibody.
There is a new type of recombinant protein RBD colloidal gold marker and quality control antibody IgY colloidal gold marker.
2.Sample diluent:HEPES buffer (0.1M) containing casein,5mL/bottle.
3.Dropper:according to different packaging specifications:10 pieces/bag,20 pieces/bag,25 pieces/bag,30 pieces/bag,40 pieces/bag,50 pieces/bag.
